As a solo practitioner, Gary Wright has created a
commercial client base emphasizing one-on-one and prompt service. By
making extensive contacts in the property management and real estate
communities, local courthouses and agencies, Mr. Wright can provide
quick and personalized responses to client questions and needs. His
contacts in the courthouse are unparalleled; and as D.C. property
owners know, this experience can often make the difference. Gary
Wright first began his law career as corporate counsel for W.H.H.
Trice & Company in Washington, D.C. in 1986. From there he
became a partner with Hessler & Wright, Chtd. in Washington,
D.C. and ultimately moved to solo practice in 1994. Mr. Wright lives
in Annandale, Virginia with his wife of 26 years and their two
children. He is an active volunteer with the Annandale Boys and
Girls Club. For more than 20 years Mr. Wright has concentrated on
real estate litigation and landlord/tenant law in the D.C.
metropolitan area. More than 25 commercial landlords in the District
of Columbia and Maryland have come to rely on Mr. Wright's
experience in the nuances of D.C.'s landlord/tenant laws and
procedures. As the only jurisdiction in the metropolitan area with
rent control in effect, commercial landlords rely on Mr. Wright's
knowledge of the legal and practical realities of owning property in
the District of Columbia to ensure their businesses operate
effectively and profitably within the law. Mr. Wright also
frequently co-counsels with other lawyers and law firms seeking
litigation expertise. |
